Start with the part of the house or building that has the problem. Cracked mortar or loose brick points to tuckpointing and brick repair. Missing shingles or leaks point to roofing. Overflowing gutters, rotted soffit or stained fascia point to gutters, soffit and fascia. After hail, start with storm damage repair. If you are not sure, call and describe what you see.

Residential and commercial exterior work
Most of our residential work is repairs and replacements on houses: brick and stone, roofs, siding, gutters and paint. Our commercial work is masonry, painting and EIFS or stucco on retail buildings, apartments, offices and similar properties, often as a subcontractor to a general contractor. The commercial page explains how we bid and schedule those jobs.
Siding, gutters and roofing are listed on our intake as residential services. Masonry, painting and stucco or EIFS cover both homes and commercial buildings. If your project sits between the two, such as a small mixed use building, call and we will tell you straight away whether it fits.

Why one exterior contractor instead of several?
The parts of an exterior depend on each other. A roof edge needs drip edge and gutters that fit it, siding needs flashing where it meets brick, and stone veneer needs a weep screed above the grade. When one team handles the connections, nobody blames the other trade for a leak, and you get one schedule and one written bid.
- One bid. Materials, prep and cleanup listed in writing.
- One schedule. Trades follow each other in the right order.
- One phone number. You know who to call when you have a question.
